Conceived as an extension of the Little Ripper experience, this boutique hotel was designed to carry the same welcoming atmosphere and relaxed energy that define the café. While accessed independently, the hotel shares the same philosophy: creating spaces that feel warm, generous, and deeply connected to their surroundings.
The project comprises six guest rooms across three room categories, including two suites overlooking a tropical swimming pool. Designed to accommodate different types of travellers, each room offers a balance of comfort, privacy, and connection to the landscape, creating a place where guests can settle in and feel at home.
our approach
The design draws from the same principles that shaped the café, creating continuity between the two projects through materiality, proportions, and atmosphere. Natural textures, tropical planting, and open, light-filled spaces contribute to a sense of ease and informality while maintaining a refined hospitality experience.
Organised around a lush central pool, the hotel encourages a slower rhythm of living, where indoor and outdoor spaces flow naturally into one another. Each room was carefully designed to respond to different travel styles while preserving a consistent feeling of warmth, simplicity, and connection to place.
